Therapy

Therapeutic Services include physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Our therapists work together to make sure rehabilitation goes smoothly and that you can return home soon.

Wound Care

Our skilled nurses help to manage and prevent wound infection through daily assessment of care needs. Finding the appropriate dressing and treatment is essential to wound healing.

Tracheostomy
Ventilator Care

This type of care is needed when health problems require long term assistance with breathing.

Palliative Care

During this challenging time, it is our job to ensure that there is little to no suffering so that everyone can cherish the last moments together. We will identify and offer relief to those under this care.

Outpatient Dialysis

Dialysis is needed when kidneys do not perform as required, such as kidney disease that becomes severe not to maintain the body. Nephrologists and other clinical staff are on hand with advanced training in treating the disease.

Our skilled nursing and memory care facilities are set up to offer short term stays for loved ones so that caretakers can get some time off. Respite Care is essential to ensure that caretakers do not develop health issues themselves by neglecting their needs while taking care of their loved ones.

Memory Care

Memory care is a specialized service that should be the main focus of the facility you choose. That’s why at Avante, we have a Memory Care Center which only accepts residents with memory care needs. All of our medical and nursing staff are specially trained to help those with memory issues. A warm, friendly, predictable environment is essential for those with memory issues to feel safe.
